Great place to stay, clean perfect location to train station host was more than accommodating would definitely stay again

Nothing about the property there is nothing to not like but if you’re trying to find it though sat nav in the dark kept telling us it way up the road So just a sign on the front wall to make it easier to find It’s opposite the brewers paint center

The house has excellent facilities, comfy shower, good heating, great for small family or group who need some simple cooking and games. Beds are in separate spaces therefore has some privacy. It is next to a main road but bedrooms are at the rear therefore no noise is heard. Host is very nice and helpful. Free parking space available at the property, location is easy to find. The deposit is also quickly returned. We enjoyed it a lot!

Unfortunately the box for key collection wasn't working when we arrived, so we were not able to check-in as planned and had to leave the place while trying to contact the host to sort that out. But once we connected with the host she was very helpful and offered to hand us the keys instead. One thing to note is the shower space is very small and has some small steps, dining table is a high table with stools. These didn't cause us any problems so just a reference for future travellers who have accessibility requirement.

Warm welcome, well equipped, everything we needed, close to train and cafes, short drive to supermarket, very handy location for places we wanted to visit. Good communication from owner.

Everything lovely clean and tidy. Was very understanding helpful and had everything we needed. Also stocked tea coffee milk and fudge which was very much needed after our hell of a drive down there. Will definitely come stay again when next in town.

Absolutely stunning and cozy lodge in Cornwall. Me and my mom loved the place! Shelley is a very kind and nice host and we felt like home. We will be back soon.

Lovely host, nice and clean.

The directions sent by text could be sent beforehand. We had poor signal and google maps didn't take us to the exact location and although once we had the extra directions it was very easy to find it was quite stressful as kept driving past and missing the tiny sign

The lodge was clean, well presented and in a convenient location to the main places of interest. The property was very small (smaller than we realised) and located on a very busy main road with a view of business warehouses opposite. There were alot of traffic queues and it was tricky trying to get in and out of the property in the car. However, once inside the property you could not hear much traffic noise which was good. The property accepted pets, but there was nowhere to exercise them and although there was a gate, we were concerned that the dogs could escape onto the main road. Although we had a pleasant stay, it was probably a bit small for a family of 4 with 2 dogs!!! But it was good value for money (although the £200 refundable deposit caused us some angst and we could not relax!) the host was helpful and pleasant.

This place is a gem! It was a great base for exploring Cornwall. The location is great. It's located between St Ives and Penzance, so it was really fast and easy to drive to both towns. The place was clean and felt very homely! It had everything we needed. There was a room with a double bed and another room with bunker single beds. The kitchenette had a mini fridge, stove, oven, pots, pans, toaster, plates, cups, glasses, and utensils. There were even books and board games for rainy days. For parking, there is a space for 1 car. The host was so lovely. She was very quick and responsive in her communications before and during the stay. Of note, there is a deposit to be transferred prior to the stay. I received the deposit back very quickly after checking out. So no problems there. Overall, the stay was excellent. I would highly recommend this place if you're visiting Cornwall.

I couldn't find it searching on Google Maps, but if you follow the host's instructions, it will be easy to find the place.
