"This is not a luxury suite"

I didn't like anything about luxury suite I booked

luxury suite it's not luxury I've stayed in better places for half the price the pictures of the rooms are misleading please look at all pictures I have attached. You can also hear all the noise outside music started playing at 21.00 until 1am there's really no view most of the time breakfast choices not available .book this room at your own peril unfortunately I can't upload all the photos I have taken such a shame as people need to see the real truth

Geen balkon aanwezig de kamer werd niet schoongemaakt voor schone handdoeken moet je betalen mieren kakkerlakken en muggen op de kamer wasmachine was kapot deze lekte water. Geboekt met ontbijt maar moesten hier om vragen geen uitleg waar en wanneer. Klachten worden niet serieus genomen.

Modern aparthotel in a great location right next to the mall. No traffic noise and each room had kitchen and laundry facilities. The breakfast from level 6 was great

"better guards and lack of transparency of the state of the elevator"

receptionist and the cleaning lady were nice and helpful

guards are so lazy and dont know how to give directions, they saw us carrying a lot of things and gave us wrong directions and just watched us walk away. we had to park in B2 because you rented out B1 to Aria and the elevator to B2 was under maintenance so we could not use it. the lack of transparency on the condition of the parking area is not ideal
