I liked the location and the room was fabulous

Unable to contact host. Had to buy extra towels. Room wasn't cleaned or sheets changed .

Building site still lifts were not very accessible from the parking I think the parking should be free until it’s finished and accessibility better

It was clean and very comfortable

Everything was about paying, parking extra although the site is still under construction as disabled, had to walk up flight of stairs to the lift, had to change lifts to get to the floor I was on. Everything was about extra costs from parking to not disposing of your rubbish, even having the bedding changed was only with extra costs To sum it up if you stay more than a few days, and have a car, expect to pay lots of extra costs… hotel is by far better value
