It is not a hotel, they are condos- almost no staff and just very strange- I would never stay there again

24-hour reception; Location - practical; Well-maintained room & amenities; Clean & spotless bedsheets; Nice scented shampoo, handsoap, shower gel; We'll book again next time.

The breakfast was not good. Very meager and just about nothing for a vegetarian/vegan to eat.

The building is poorly built and is 4 years old. Half of it is empty, there is construction going on. My floor had only one elevator working and you had to wait for it all the time. The workout room had water damage from a failed AC condensor. The parking garage is a dungeon with poorly lit areas, lots of construction materials and damaged concrete. I do not understand who built this building but it was poorly constructed

The breakfast was at Level 6 of the hotel. Breakfast served to us was pretty average. We requested to have the eggs poached instead of fried. This was done on the first two days but on the last day of our stay it appears to be very difficult for the chef to do it so we settled for fried eggs instead. Unfortunately, the hotel does not serve fresh milk but only creamer for the coffee. I suppose this is all the hotel can afford to serve to their overseas (Tourist) visitors. The Staff were friendly enough and respectful though. Over all breakfast was just good enough to eat.

The breakfast could have been a buffet style but given the number of people coming in for breakfast in the mornings we went during our stay, we note there are only a few guests coming in, Therefore, the choices we have was limited to the listed breakfast presented to us at check in time at the hotel. Also, there were no juices or other drinks offered by the staff. We note the hotel appears to be not complete with its construction, the installation of the air conditioning in the hallways was incomplete so it is very hot once we're out of our room. The air conditioner was not turned on in the room upon our arrival. It indicated a higher temperature and we had to adjust the temperature to a suitable comfortable temperature and waited for a while. The room we stayed provided for 3 pieces each of tea bags, 3 pieces of coffee sachets and 3 pieces of creamer and sugar. We were 2 guests but the coffee stuff provided was only good for 1 person for a 3 day stay. This is unsatisfactory. The room had problems with the bidet attached to the toilet bowl. It was attended to by the Maintenance staff but was still unsatisfactory. We could not get the proper water flow from it. We suggest this problem be addressed by the Hotel Management. The reception air condition was not working so it was very hot in the Hotel Foyer. The Reception Staff advised us that the air conditioner has not been working for about 2 months when we inquire about the temperature of the reception area. The Hotel front door was always open hence, the hot air comes in making it hot inside the reception area.
