I had booked for 6 days , but once my flight got affected i requested for the first 2 days to be reimbursed, however it was not granted. Two days gone waated like that. And my manager was forced to move around even tho he had made booking. Please give compensation, i can show my chat history if ecidence is needed

The construction upstairs very noisy all morning

Overall very good

1 morning at breakfast time felt a neglected due to a function my service was very slow and our travel companions had to demand to be served after being at 9.15am told to wait for 1 hr then told breakfast had finished very poor service this day. But other days ok

Breakfast is fair, cosy place, perfect for me. When we wanted to take away, they resolved it without an issue. The staff was friendly and tried to resolve all of our problems as soon as possible. I am happy to come back again in few weeks hopefully :)

No major issue.

Service breakfast was good. Plated rice meal with egg, with coffee or iced tea. There are options for pancakes or fresh fruit.

I stayed for four nights. No housekeeping. I had to pay 500 pesos for housekeeping after two nights. Although they would allow new towels, water and tissue every day.
