"Bed bugs everywhere"

There was nothing to like.

BED BUGS all over the bed, and in the bedframe. I showed them and they refused to give a refund.

Treated like an imposter. Expected to pay before being permitted into room. Put in wrong room until I complained. No garden - it is a car park. No wine/champagne on request. I may not speak Spanish but I know when I am being talked about. Incredibly unprofessional, rude and mean. Slap dash breakfast, no list available and non of the staff speak any English so a little difficult. Failed to clean room on both days!

Toilet and shower not clean, facet rusted. The windows are not sealed well, noisy on street. It is far away from center.
