It is beautiful.

It was a little difficult to find.

Everything was clean and cute, staff was nice, breakfast was very good. There are plenty of parking spots outside so no worries on where to leave your car.

No complaints actually

Clean, quiet, 20 minute walk from downtown.

Address, for whatever reason, didn’t come up on google maps. Small name tag on building would be good.

The room was beautifully decorated, very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the living room space was also very comfortable to rest and read. The bathroom was also very spacious and comfortable to use between two people. The hotel was very pretty and the terrace had some amazing views of the volcanoes.

The shower took at least two minutes to warm up. It was a bit odd to park right on the pretty patio in the middle of the property, not very pretty to look at and not that practical because you can't move your car until 11 AM when everyone else leaves as the cars are parked in a line. When I asked the staff if I could take my car before she responded, I don't know, depends on the people behind you. They didn't tell me as I parked that they would fit 3 other cars in there. It would be nice to know so I could plan to be stuck there until a certain time. Even after that, I asked if all cars were leaving at 11 and she said she didn't know. I usually like to read a book before bed and the lamps there were super weak, not at all for reading. The ceiling lights were also not that strong in the room or the bathroom. The room in general was quite dark and the window in the back of the room led to a patio where there was staff from time to time making us keep the curtains closed all the time for privacy. At night there was a strong light on in the back that we never figured out how to turn off.
