Location is superb - very close to city center.

No key from the apartment means to access you need to use a code every single time (small keys made it a bit difficult)

"Schöne Wohnung - schlechtes Service - unbequeme Matratzen"

Die Wohnung in sich ist schön und in optimaler Lage.

Die Erfahrung mit der Agentur Get the key war nicht gut. Die Info von der 300 Euro Kaution (für nur drei Nächte) war ziemlich versteckt und hat uns überrascht, da Check-in und Check-out ohne Übergabe geht. Schlimmrr war, dass der Link zur Öffnung der Tür nicht funktioniert hat und das Service war um 15 Uhr (Check-in Zeit angegeben) nicht zu erreichen. Ich habe mir bei der Nachbarnschaft durchgeklingelt, um reinzukommen. Als das Service nach 20 Minuten zurückrufte, hatte der Mitarbeiter kaum Verständnis für meine Beschwerde. Die Einzelbette waren richtig unbequem.

Eine sehr schön eingerichtete, ruhige Wohnung, die sehr zentral liegt. Gleich um die Ecke gibt es Cafés, Restaurants und sehr viel Leben.

Einziger Nachteil: Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock.

Great location, nice apartment. Quiet and spacious, bright and with a nice view.

* Utility and "professional service" charges were made to my credit card after our stay - this extra cost was not mentioned anywhere in the description. * Sofa was not very comfy. * Security deposit takes a long time to be returned.
