The staff was excellent, meet all the requests on time and was smiling and listening all the time. The location and the view from the room was panaromic.

The room have small ants and insects coming for the lights in the evening disturbing stay. Sometimes the insects fallen into the bath tub also. We refrain from using bath tub even though we paid for a room due to small insects.

The manager was nice and the views were very nice, the best we had so far.

There were water leakages throughout the room whenever it rained including under the floorboards, balcony doors and the roof. The water dripping from the roof drenched our speaker and charger leaving them unusable. Our suitcases and bags which were on the floor were constantly soaked. The room also had a massive insect problem and it was very noisy from above. The room looks nice like the pictures however, the bed and facilities are very low quality. There was no hot water in the tub. The room only got cleaned once in our 4-night stay and since there was constant water leakages and insects around it caused us to be very on the edge. There's also no breakfast on site apart from a communal kitchen, therefore, the amount requested by this hotel looking hostel is very overpriced for what it is. Considering we are paying a premium for this higher priced hotel than locally, amenities and the standard did not match. Would have been more economical and better experience at any other hotel or even hostel.

My room had a huge balcony with bathtub and washbasin were placed outside. The Washbasin area should have had more privacy. Washrooms have natural or mechanical ventilation to take out the air outside and bring fresh air inside.
