I did like noting because it’s bad experience, the heating not working , cold water a lot dust in the room , towels it’s not clean , it’s me worse experience

Lots of plugs and the water was hot

We was in room 4 It wasn’t very clean we had a cum stain on the head board and one of the cushions. There was no spa bath like advertised upon arrival was the best first impression as the front door had the glass smashed in and was covered with what looked like a bin bag. The overall smell of the property wasn’t nice at all we had to buy candles to make to room smell nice. We brought our own towels as the ones provided all had yellow and or brown stains on. The floor didn’t appear to have been hoovered and there was lots of dust. We had to also buy washing up liquid as non of the cutlery and mugs provided wasn’t very clean and had food on them still there was what appeared to be lettuce stuck to the wall near the sink. The bathroom door handle was holding on for dear life overall the worst experience ever wouldn’t recommend

Nice private room with a fridge and microwave

Shared kitchen was filthy, fire alarms went off fridge stopped working for an evening, all our food defrosted and my partner had to fix it, we had a couple next door screaming and fighting till early hours in the morning, and there was hardly anything to use in the shared kitchen to cook with. I am not very happy as I paid around 900 for this and honestly it ruined mine and my partners trip otherwise we would’ve had a lovely time visiting my family.

There was wifi available.

Travelling alone with my young son. We felt unsafe from the moment we walked in to the property with black-tape over the door and aggressive notes about locking the door for safety. The room we were in was not as nice as the pictures and had strange carpet stains and the windows had been left open, and after heavy rain the bed was damp. The bed was uncomfortable and the property had very limited facilities (only a kettle, small fridge and microwave) with no ability to actually cook anything, even breakfast, and nothing nearby to be able to go out, and not even a basic tv. We had initially booked a 2-night stay but within an hour we had booked alternative accommodation and refused to stay. We contacted the owner and they responded the next day to say that there is a strict no refund policy. I would not recommend.

Terrible stay. The walls are paperthin, you can hear conversations in other rooms, if someone walks in the room above, it sounds like they're about to come through the ceiling. Other guests seemed to be teenagers having a slumber party upstairs, a pregnant donkey would have made less noise. Guests in the room next to me thought it was apporpriate to practice singing at the top of their lungs - absolutely not. Doors were slamming throughout the night and I barely got any sleep. The building is completely unsuitable for SA. The bathroom smelled so bad it made me feel sick.
