DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! WORST EXPERIENCE The property is nothing like it is shown in photos. The pool is much more tiny and dirty and the floor is very harsh. The breakfast for which you literally pay extra money is useless. Only 4 food options in there including the fruits, no non veg item, taste only of sweetness and nothing else, the same 4 things are given everyday, basically the money you pay for breakfast is a waste. The staff is of no good. We had to ask even basic amenities multiple times and still did not get it. Did not get a handwash even after asking for it atleast a 100 times in a span of 5 days. The bed sheets were dirty, there was no separate shampoo or conditioner and the toilet seat was also broken and they did not got it fixed, the tv was not working, had to call them up multiple times to get it to work. The room was not cleaned even once in 5 days and again we did not get handwash, the most basic thing in 5 days. Do not book here.

Vulnerable experience. Rooms were not cleaned, there was a foul smell in the washroom. Taps and dispensers were broken. No one heard our complains. Pool was not clean. If you are booking it for pool, please dont do that. Its a complete waste of money. Moreovre, at the time of checkout they told us that we have broke their dispensors. Worst experience and a complete waste of money.

Had an amazing stay at Hotel Belmonte House by Levelup! The ambience is beautiful and the rooms are super cozy with a lovely city view. The rooftop area, with its aesthetic seating and swimming pool, is the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The staff were very professional and helpful throughout my stay, and the food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Udaipur — definitely worth a visit!

Swimming pool is not available to use it is very dirty and before booking staff is also lying that we have pool you can use it don't go there rooms are also very small not worth at all never recommended to anyone.
