The Belmonte House By Levelup

Recently stayed at this hotel as part of North solo trip tour and loved every minute of it. The Staff was helpful, rooms were spacious and very well maintained. The breakfast and dinner served were very delicious with various options. Great stay !

I stayed here for 1 day and I felt very comfortable, the staff was so friendly and helpful, I would tell everyone to stay here if they come to Udaipur.

Breakfast was Ok

They assigned a room for 2 people to 4 people and they didn't accepted their mistake or did anything to correct it. Unless I reached out to the owner of the property. The property was very far away from the city. No amenities given. Everything was broken. The staff didn't help. Not even mattresses were provided.

The location is close to lake and fabulous for stay and spending time

Food can be improved. It took more than 90 min to have lunch ready at 3.30 pm

Room Size and Sun Light available in Boutique Rooms. Other rooms are very small and no sunlight/ventilation.

Initially Hotel gave me small room where as i had booking for boutique room. Later on after argument they have given me Boutique room. Also their lift was constantly stinking. Very limited options in Break fast with delayed supply.

The corridors of the hotel were stinking.. the breakfast was a disaster..the dishes were empty without any food…the staffs took fifteen to twenty minutes to refill the buffet items..not many options..they didnt have breakfast cereals nor eggs which is like a basic thing these days.

Only room interior is good. And the extra bed cum sofa is good.

We have waited almost 1 hour for Check in although we confirmed it on our phone call for early check in. Rooms too small. Don’t book suites they show in photos, its too small as compared to deluxe room. Rooms were smells too bad. No toiletries in rooms. You have to remind them everything to put inside the room. Breakfast was so pathetic. Overall bad experience.
