hygiene was not maintained. Services was not good. rooms were very small and congested.

The hotel staff is very very nice

Not at all well maintained Bathrooms were Dirty and dusteverywhere Some rooms had foul smell of gutter

Location and facilities

Rooms has plumbing issues and not getting cleaned properly after checkout. They are not providing toilet paper and mats

I like the Ambiance of the hotel, staff was good, rooms are a little small, hotel service is good but very expensive. One cup of tea is costing Rs. 80/- One extra bottle of water is costing Rs. 50/- If avoiding to these things overall experience is fine.

Expensive room service for water, tea etc. A typical smell feel in reception area, it's becuz A.C. was not on.

Food spices were very strong..

Nothing!

Dirty linens, dusty rooms, broken sofa bed.. everything had to be replaced before we could even sleep The washroom had no hair dryer or toiletries were to be requested even upon booking a suite
