USUSThe suite was wonderful, new property with very high end finishes. Attention to detail with linens and bath amenities was excellent. Located by pool/patio which would have been wonderful in warmer weather.
The suite is in smaller buildings away from the main hotel property. This means long walk/stairs to access and having to go outdoors to get in/out of the main building where restaurant is located. Due to my husband's health, this was a major problem. Had to get assistance from hotel stuff to help with stair access to our suite. I asked to change to a room in main building, they couldn't accomodate because that would have meant going thru Booking and there is no one at Booking to call. Booking does not have an emergency contact for situations like this. If you or your companion has any access issues at all this would be a serious problem. We then used room service as restaurant was too far away in main building. Staff was pleasant to deliver, but food cold.
