USUSThe staff at the check-in counter were very friendly and helpful, and quite professional. The security guards were courteous, and the gentleman behind the bar area located among all the various gambling tables was most courteous and engaging, and joked with each of us at various times. The lady servers in the restaurant were also friendly and quick to wait on us with helpful suggestions. The rooms were neat and tidy with an excellent view of the pools and surrounding mountains and greenery. Even the ladies cleaning rooms along the hallway were very welcoming.
I wasn't able to use my $20.00 Players Card as a discount on my room price because I was told I booked through Booking.com. What's confusing is when I researched the name of this casino, it was Booking.com that always popped up to make reservations. It was no biggie as I used the card on the slot machine, but the Booking.com interference is confusing. But the most troubling was when my son-in-law booked a separate room for his wife and kids and there was only one bed. He got switched to another room and there was blood on the wall. He was switched again, but the price on his credit card kept changing and rising. It was finally straightened out and he was most pleased after all the confusion. And last, breakfast with bacon and eggs at the casino restaurant was quite greasy, but, the mixed fruit bowl was very fresh and tasty as well as the English muffin. Coffee was rather weak.

I didnt like having to go THROUGH the smoking casino to get to the restaurant but the hostesses at the restaurant were so sweet!
