Hook Studios Vilnius Old Town

The soviet era lift was just lovely and our refund was organised quickly and politely.

The codes and instructions worked to get us into the building, up in the lift (wonderful lift!), and into Hook Studio floor. Then everything went wrong. Either it was the wrong code for the key safe or the key safe was faulty. 2 hours later, with the assistance of 2 lovely people staying on the floor we, they got the key safe open and there was no key. The last notification from Hook had phone and email contacts for 24/7 assistance- we rang and emailed (and the 2 other people staying on the floor alsi called a couple of times) a number of times. Can I just say it is now 2am in the morning after a flight. I briefly considered sleeping on the hallway floor but reconsidered. That meant we had to find alternative accommodation that had a reception open at that time with availability. Needless to say the alternative was very expensive. The following afternoon Hook contacted us and were apologetic and quickly organised our refund.
