Location to the event we were acting was good.

Service in restaurant was bad. Food was not great other than breakfast.

The location, room space and clean.

The QR system for guests was not helpful at all because all the services were not functioning after 8:00. No way to call reception except for an emergency call which didn’t work. No one to help with the luggage. I had to carry my suitcase on the carpeted floor which was quite hard.

"Don’t pay for breakfast"

Central, clean and friendly reception staff.

Breakfast staff totally unorganised and was just a free for all. Cold breakfast, stale bread and lack of choice was disappointing.
