The room itself was newly refurbished, clean, and well presented. The bed was comfortable, and the overall condition of the room met my expectations.

I selected this hotel for a business trip and, during check-in, I requested a taxi for two consecutive mornings to arrive at 08:30. The bookings were registered by reception and confirmed by text messages from the contracted taxi company. Unfortunately, on both mornings no taxi arrived at the scheduled time. I had to wait more than 15 minutes beyond the agreed pickup time, which caused me to be late for important business meetings. Furthermore, neither the hotel staff nor the taxi company informed me of any delays or changes to the bookings. To make matters worse, when the taxis eventually arrived, the drivers requested payment in cash, despite no prior information being provided that cash payment would be required. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise potential guests not to rely on the hotel's contracted taxi service if punctuality is important for their travel plans. In addition, the room service system was not functioning properly. Guests are instructed to scan a barcode in the room, connect directly to the kitchen, and place orders from the menu. However, despite submitting orders on multiple occasions, nobody from the kitchen responded or approved them. After some time, the order screen simply closed without any explanation, leaving me unsure whether the order had been received at all. When I raised this issue with reception, no effective solution was offered other than a complimentary drink. While the gesture was appreciated, it did not address the underlying problem or the inconvenience caused. Based on my experience, I would not recommend relying on the room service advertised by the hotel.
