The breakfast , Lunch and dinner were fantastic, the chefs got some serious skill as the food was amazing. He did make us some kottu upon request which was also delicious. The Rooms are clean spacious and very comfy. The beds were big with enough space for 4 adults. The whole villa was very calm serene and the pool was clean and we enjoyed using it. Mr.Sinnaiyah the chef and our server whose name was ( myt be wrong) Shanthi were amazing and helped us with everything props to them. Exceeded expectations by a country mile. Would recommend to anyone and would visit again when in yala.

Nothing - Just my 2 cents - they do have room for improvement. They are almost at the level of something like well rounded resort like Jetwing Yala but they just need a few things like proper toiletry, and a tad more bit attention to detail.. like the surroundings could've been kept nicer n more tidier n cleaner, the dining room could use a few lap napkins when dining and the napkins , serviettes on the table could have be changed for each family so they have no stains.. not that it was unclean by any measure.. its jus the tiniest of things that could make them a 10/10 villa from a 9/10 one.

The place was amazing, quiet and relaxing. The employees were really nice and made us feel like we were at home

The property was chosen due to proximity to Yala national park. But the stay became very much about the experienced staff, that anticipated our needs for a safari. They went out of their way to prepare a breakfast for us before our 5am safari pick up. Not to mention they prepared a gluten free breakfast for me (which has not been easy in Sri Lanka). The staff were also helpful guides to town, giving advice on dining options, though they were able to host us for any meal too. The rooms were generously sized and the rooms and grounds had a lot of pride in maintaining cleanliness and care. I would recommend this property.

Wir waren hier für eine Nacht im November. Da es in der Off Season war, waren wir die einzigen Gäste, dies hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Pool und der Billiard Tisch. Was auch super ist, ist die Nähe zum Yala National Park. Der Ort hat ein sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Am Morgen mussten wir früh aufstehen, da wir in den National Park gingen und sie haben uns ein Lunch Paket vorbereitet, das war sehr nett. Wir können es weiterempfehlen, wenn ihr eine Unterkunft in der Nähe vom National Park zu fairen Preisen sucht.

Bei uns hatte sich eine kleine Eidechse rein geschlichen, dies hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Um sicher zu gehen, dass dies nicht passiert sollte man jeweils die Türe schnell schliessen. Dies war auch als Info beim Zimmer erwähnt, dass man dies jeweils tun soll um solche Situationen zu vermeiden.
