"The apartment is a nice place to stay, but would not advise going during peak season, as you’ll spend most of your time"

The property is in a good location, not too far from the city. Nice swimming pool in the compound. Room are also in good condition and clean.
The traffic flow, from the building lift until the guard house from the parking lot. Although there’s many lift at the compound, due to the many floors, each time when the lift arrive, it’s already full, taking about 30 minutes plus just to get to the parking lot. And from the parking lot, due to only one exit straight to the guard house, it took another 45 minutes plus just to leave the building.

"The location of the unit was good. However, there are issues with a half faulty fan, parking that not lighted during day"

Location was good as there are many food nearby.
The fan was either too slow or too fast. Bathroom is wet (we received a wet toilet when we check-in) and hard to be dry. The parking was dark during day time as the lights was not on. It’s pretty dangerous as car not able to see us as we are walking towards the lift.
