I am so disappointed with the process of the checking and also have to meet the host to collect the room keys. It's very troublesome. After collecting the key, I thought that we are able to check in at 3.00pm unfortunately we have to wait for additional 30 mins as the room is not ready and there is a delay in cleaning. Also, the location is not accessible and grab cannot come in. Imagine with children, we have to stop outside with our luggage to go in. We got our apartment in Block D and it's all the way in. So much of hassle in walk and come out. As for the apartment, it's very dirty and stinky. The toilet always flooded when showering and the bidet is very troublesome to use it. You should reconsider to change your whole apartment concept because it's too old. For 5 days 4 night, it's a nightmare for us. We kinda regret choosing Atlantis Residence as our accommodation. I hope you can rectify the situation because I believe for the next customer will not like all this stuff. Thanks!
