The facilities are lovely, villas are great size and well set up for families. The main pool was heated so really warm for a baby. Food was average but worked ok with us with a baby. You’d probably be better to spend the daily allowance on drink and eat in the town where the food was a bit nicer.

We found the staff very mixed, some were great others definitely needed a few hours of customer service training. To top it all we all got sick whilst there with vomiting - both my husband and I and 10m old baby. Not sure whether it was from food or the cleanliness of the place but the staff were very dismissive (especially the head of customer services) and just tried to get us to pay the bill asap. Found it quite disappointing when we’d been so ill. It seems quite a new set up so might get better with more years under their belt.

Stayed in a villa 2+3 with sea view. Small but really Lovely and perfect for a family of 4. In the price was a voucher of €25 per person per day which was a really well thought out way of making you feel as if you’re getting more value for money.

The patio doors didn’t feel secure enough when locked.

New villas right next to the sea, offering amazing views from the room and terrace. The whole glass door can be opened completely, connecting the indoor and outdoor areas. The room and all surrounding areas feature beautiful design, very comfortable beds, pillows and bedsheets, and spacious bathrooms with plenty of storage space. A nice small room for children is divided with a floor-to-ceiling door. The staff, from receptionists to the director, are very professional, attentive and friendly.

The availability of additional sunbeds by the sea would be a welcome improvement. The area in front of the TV could be more cozy.
