"best hotel I stayed at in the city"

I stayed in 4 hotels on this trip, 3 of which were 5-star, and this was the only one that truly made me feel like I was in a 5-star hotel; even the TV had my name on it when I turned it on. The room had everything of high quality and the service was excellent.

The pool could use a heater and the gym could have more leg training machines.

Loved this hotel. Great customer service from everyone here. Rooms were a good size for our small family. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. Studio room has a kitchen with full size fridge and microwave. Super convenient with young children. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options. Small little play area to keep kids entertained on rainy days. Pool was fun for the kids and seperate from the adult pool so we weren’t disturbing people
