Loved the pool, jazucca and sauna. The scenery.

The steps, food was mediocre. Tea and coffee in the room ordinary. No wardrobe. One one particular day I rang for assistance and no one answered the phone in office, back office, kitchen and laundry. Only alcohol was very expensive wine which you had to purchase by the bottle or cans of beer.

The staff is very hospitable and friendly. In particular, Dewi took great care of us and paid attention to every detail. I really enjoyed this living experience.

The hair dryer is too small, so it took a long time to dry my hair. However, I think most accommodations in Bali come with small hair dryers.

J’ai passé un séjour vraiment excellent dans cet hôtel ! Tout était réuni pour que l’expérience soit parfaite : une chambre confortable, très propre et bien équipée, ainsi qu’une ambiance agréable et reposante. La vue sur la jungle est magnifique. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et le personnel au petit soin. L’équipe est très accueillante, professionnelle et attentionnée. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y reviendrai sans hésiter !

We received great hospitality from the staff, the check in process was seamless, Dewi is fantastic, they organised birthday cake for my friends 50th- entire hotel staff came to wish her in the room and made it quite special for her. Spa was great, breakfast options were awesome, you have to try the restaurant for lunch or dinner - food is delicious- Chef Giri is passionate about food and makes you feel special with his culinary craft! Everything about this place was amazing - the room, the view from our room was breathtaking as well as the infinity pool! We will definitely come back again to this property!
