Broken, Stains, Leaks, etc. Unbelievable!

Location is good

The couch is ridiculous. We had 3 families and3 units couch only seats 2 people no room for anyone . We own a timeshare here and have never been so disappointed!!!! There is much disrepair in all the units ! Lights falling out of the ceiling, toilets not bolted down , faucets do not work properly, bugs in all the units, not enough luggage carts and some with broken wheels . So sad to see our funds not being used for repairs and improvements!!😥the couch was the biggest disappointment.

It was just a tad bit noisy outside our window besides that absolutely beautiful would definitely recommend!! 🖤

A nice location. The pool is nice.

We didn’t like the fact that our bathroom wasn’t very clean and had hair in it, that we were one of only handful of units that didn’t have multiple louver windows to let in airflow. Both of the showers were old and nasty. They were missing lightbulbs, ia broken showerhead, a steely messed up fridge. We had to leave our front door open to get any airflow at all, which was a safety issue.. people through parties at night and security never shut them down, I had to call multiple times at 1 o’clock in the . The elevator was broken and we had to call on that two nights in a row, and the repeated noise of that prevented us from sleeping. For that problem alone I called six times that night to get somebody to come and fix it and they kept saying that they would let security know and that security was off premises. This happened through two shifts of people and it wasn’t addressed until 4:30 in the morning when I called for the sixth time. We mentioned all these things to management for two days and nobody ever came. I went to the front desk also a couple times to mention these things to them after all my phone calls and they said they would let management know and have a manager reach out to me. That never happened. The only thing that happened was after repeated phone calls. I finally got a fan that was completely dirty and had hair and lint coming out of it and someone finally came in and gave us new body wash because that was empty when we got there. Also, since the tide shifted several years ago there’s literally no beach left there. There’s just a tiny little slice, so this may be beachfront property, but it’s because the water comes clear up to the edge. You guys can certainly do better! You updated the bathroom, cupboards and counters and the kitchen, but you didn’t bother to update the old showers from the 80s that are stained and dirty and cracked and you need to change out the old broken tile flooring and have your housekeeper doing much better job cleaning.

Das Apartment war riesig und super ausgestattet. Die Küche hatte alles, was man brauchte und noch mehr. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die gesamte Anlage sehr ruhig. Unser Auto stand sicher auf einem überdachten Parkplatz. Es gab einen Pool, den wir aber nicht genutzt haben, sowie mehrere Grillecken und einen Tennisplatz. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit dem Kühlschrank und es wurde uns sofort geholfen. Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen.

Das Restaurant war leider kein Highlight, aber es gibt in der Umgebung Alternativen.
