Good value for the money

Not such a great part of town rooms need a bit better maintenance. Biggest complaint is getting overcharged for the deposit and they take a week or more getting the deposit back to you

The bed was comfortable

After paying for the room, before you can check in they give you a choice of a $100 refundable deposit or $35 non refundable deposit. Which we didn't realize until after paying, had to borrow money and pay the $35 non refundable deposit vs borrowing $100. Then in top of it they add $5 tax to an incidental fee! Which you don't know until after its charged. When finally got to go in was extremely disappointed in the condition of the room. The blinds were warped to the point that they were more of an arch and you could see right in, the bathroom floor hadn't been cleaned, the bathtub was gross, the kitchen was very outdated and in poor condition. I was under the impression they had a continental breakfast which wasn't the case.. SO Disappointing especially for what we were charged! To the point where I wanted to cry!

The room was so bad I didn't stay. Was there for about 2 hours killing roaches. Behind the bed, under the bed in the closet all had live and dead roaches and the rest of the place had live roaches alot of them. Just while using the bathroom quickly I saw and took pictures of more then 7 roaches in various sizes. I have requested a refund a number of times and have yet to receive one. That use to be my favorite property. Me and my husband who has now passed met there back in 2001 and it always held fond memories till that night. Now when I think of the property I think of that horrible night instead of the wonderful memories me and my late husband made there.
