Location and Tracie was accommodating the first day after that they didn’t give a damn that it was all inclusive and they overcharged me on my rooms by four days. They keep your credit card number on file and they use it when they want to and then so then I move onto the Sonesta and the girl who works there told me how cricket Tracie and the Metro Phoenix West is beware

dangerous so two people get shot in less than a month place they are constantly and I don’t know if they’re hookers or women just getting beat down by their boyfriends or men, but is quite a show most nights I feel like Metro Phoenix should charge for the show. That way they can now update the inside and maybe get rid of the roaches or maybe they can use that money to put a pan or a pot or a fork or a spoon in the unit that they advertise it all inclusive.

There wasn't any extra bedding to wash and remake the bed nor extra towels and wash cloths. There were no music channels on the tv

Feels extremely unsafe at the property. Afraid to leave the car parked overnight.

This place is the worst....run down, very seedy. BAD AREA. We arrived to hear a man outside his room being verbally abusive to his child. Parking lot wasn't clean. I don't feel safe here . I am so worried about the Tesla I rented parked overnight we couldn't even sleep. A lot of people walking around smoking They boast a kitchen but the kitchen only had 1 one glass, One bowl, 2 plates. . Tub & sink fixtures are old and super grungy. There are two closets, but nowhere to hang clothes bec one doesn't even have a rod and we were provided with ZERO hangers, and no hair dryer. The exterior stairways are not maintained the finish is gone, the wood is chipping and splitting. The doors to the units are old and gross. The furniture has chips and cigarette Burns all over it and looks super old. The TVs don't work at all. People next door had their dining chairs from their room sitting outside with dirty bath towels on the ground underneath it. It felt like we were staying in a crack house property . All of the windows in our unit were filthy. I will be emailing a complaint with the Phoenix Short-term Rental agency, blight@phoenix.gov

They had me in a 2nd floor room and when I saw that I called to inform them i use a cane and within minutes they had me a lower floor room.
