"Terrible experience"

Getting the key was easy.

The apartment was so unkept. The following issues 1. The the apartment was so dusty like it hadn’t been cleaned for weeks 2. The bedsheets was black😡 like who uses a black 3. Could only sleep in the apartment for 1 night out 11 days. 4. And the property owner only refunded 200£ out of 840£ paid 5. There was leftover food item in apartment from previous guest I believe.

The host did respond when I advised there was no heating or Wi-Fi

It was unpleasant as a solo female traveller. See photos. It was grubby. The windows didn’t shut. There was only a small plug in heater. I had to ask for Wi-Fi access (which was provided).
