Modern studio flat in Romford

Very clean the bedding smelt amazing the gentleman who was renting the property was very helpful when phone had died to provide details to gain entrance everything that needed there was provided and was very cosy only thing was didn't have Internet password anywhere to set up tv so used our own firestick and Connected it to our mobile hotspot would stay again

As a one night stay the location was ok

If you are using a car then the location for Romford is ideal. Efficient room heater. Good kitchen facilities

In desperate need of proper curtains. The blinds do not cut out the light at all and you can be seen from the road.One roller blind was broken. The bed sheets were like oil stained although i was told that its from the washing powder used.The bed was not properly done.The dirty linen were kept under the sink and not removed prior to the rental.One electrical socket was completely loose(although high up on the wall above the kitchen cabinets). No mirror in the bathroom.The corridors and stairs were not well kept and were dirty throughout.The room was superficially cleaned.The house was on a busy road,hence noisy .

Location was quite convenient and had free designated parking. Decent space in the flat. It was warm enough with the electric heater provided. Enough wardrobe space.

1) Bed springs are in very poor condition and was bad for the back 2) Bathroom shower door does not work properly and temperature control inaccurate so had to shower in scalding hot water 3) One large towel provided was musty and no smaller ones
