Tv not working and was told we would recive a discount on the room and at time of check out no one had a clue and lady at front desk acted like we was bothering her no happy will not book again at this place

Wished there’s more option on the breakfast, they didn’t refill the coffee

Close proximity to family member we were visiting.

Lack of necessary items in room: Bed was not comfortable! Shower head points to the bathroom floor (I don’t know who made that mistake!) no coffee pot, cups, ice bucket was a small 1-2 quart plastic cup with no insulation, only one Kleenex box, no microwave, bed was not up to Hilton standards! We went to Walmart and bought a coffee pot for our room! Breakfast was a total joke, not even cereal, they served pre-packaged oatmeal with hot water, bagels. Apples,etc. it was pitiful! We will never stay at a Sparks Hilton again! I definitely overpaid for that hotel! There was a dog on our floor that barked a lot! Hardly any outside seating except 2 that we found.

Whole experience was good. Place was very clean. Noe at the front desk was very helpful and wonderful customer service.
