Lovely, comfortable, and extremely clean. All members of staff were hospitable and kind and so friendly! The room was spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless! The lobby was great as well, with quality tea and coffee that was well-stocked 24/7. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and I’d definitely stay again! Thank you!

Upon entering the hotel room, we noticed the shower had a few hairs in it. The bathroom door did not lock properly. After settling in and trying to watch tv, the tv kept freezing. The next morning, while trying to get ready for a wedding, the iron kept cutting off. I called down to request a new iron and no one ever came. I am truly dissatisfied and disappointed in this stay!

Well when we showed up with a reservation that was made in December 2024 and confirmed several times… was cancelled the day I called and confirmed (the final time). We drive 10 hrs only to find out that the Morning manager “O” decided to cancel our reservation with out notice or explanation. “O” tried blaming it on Booking.com! (The nerve) I was more than irate! I was told we could check in on Sunday (reservation for Sat-Wed) bc they were full. That was not “my problem” I was told they would comp me for one night. Sir! Absolutely not! I had to find other accommodations in a sold out town bc of the Rodeo. The manager I was told does this ALOT! BAD Business! You Sir should be ashamed and Fired! At the end, my entire stay was comped! I will not stand for the disrespect and the unmitigated Gaul to do that to your “guest”. Had this incident not occurred this would have been an amazing review. I will say that the gentleman in the front , I believe is name started with an “N” he was amazing at handling a very irate guest when it had nothing to do with him. The manager should have never put him in the situation. If you are brave enough to be so underhanded , then be man enough to stand on business and take what coming to you. Do BETTER!

It was a great place, and the staff was very friendly and attentive, all areas of the hotel were clean and well maintained. There is a little snack shop that was very convenient.

One of the only negative things was that my room was next to the elevator, and you could hear it go up and down all night long and it would have been very useful to have at least a small "business center" with a computer and/or printer. I was on a family trip but got an emergency request from my employer and I did not have my laptop with me.
