Pinewood Beach Resort and Spa

The Pinewood Beach Resort and Spa truly exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautifully appointed and remarkably spacious rooms. The resort grounds themselves were immaculately and meticulously landscaped, creating a stunning tropical oasis. Both the pool area and the beach were kept sparkling clean. Best of all, the staff was absolutely awesome, with special shout-outs to Tito and Bakari who took fantastic care of us down at the pool bar!

more vegetarian and vegan food options would be better.

Hotel je v krásném palmovém háji. Personál byl všímavý. Jídlo nebylo špatné ale ne moc velký výběr. Velké pokoje. Snídaně formo bufetu, oběd ala carte, večer grilovaní u bazénu ale to se vždy dozvíte až tam.

Ač jsem si objednal pokoj s minibarem= žádný tam nebyl. Hledal jsem klidný hotel ale tento byl až moc tichý. Chyběla třeba hudba u bazénu. Pláž nic moc, neudržovaná a špatný přístup. Musíte si najít místo kudy nejlépe vlézt. Dále mi chyběla na pokoji televize. Mel jsem pokoj s balkonem ale opice mi ho moc nedovolila používat. K hotelu vede asi poslední max 2 km hodně špatná silnice. Hotel je úplně mimo všeho v úplně odstrčené oblasti. Nedoporučuji pro děti a ani pro mladé kteří hledají i zábavu. Bez programu a animace.Ráno k snídani mi chybělo pečivo z toho co tam bylo jsem si nevybral. Nebylo to to co jsem čekal podle recenzí. Pokud hledáte klid ale opravdu klid, pak Vám tento hotel doporučuji.

It is great place as locations is not too crowded and you feel that staff is personally care about you and your family. In few days you felt familiar and welcomed wherever you come. Great food and service during a day. Recommendation for improvement is for some live event in evenings. That will be nice but it is probably done as we did not spent time in main season there. One special point I want to highlight – we faced some issue with some Tour Operator outside of hotel and hotel manager provided us superior support far beyond her duty. One more time thank you for this. I am sure we will come back

We had ussue with breakage of water heater but it was super fast fixed. It seems this could be prevented by regular check of heater status. On other hand it was fixd fast so at then end we appreciated fast reaction from staff

Chambre propre mais un peu vieillissante, en particulier la salle de bain qui mériterait une rénovation.

The beach is the most significant feature of this hotel. It is nice and expansive. I thought the room was not too great and the shower was a little bit of a trickle but the staff were nice and responsive.

The room could have been better. The entrance didn't enthral me. The food was limited, but the service was great.

The room was beautiful. The hotel itself was clean and looked after. The staff were friendly and polite. The food was excellent with lots of vegetarian options. There was a clearly labelled menu with what was included with AI and what would cost extra.

As the hotel is a little far out of the town, it would be nice if they had some evening entertainment. During our 5 night stay, there was one night of half an hour traditional dancing.
