A simply stunning resort. The rooms were very beautiful and specious. The food was amazing and the staff were friendly, helpful and provided an excellent experience. I can't wait to return,.

Such a magical place. Incredibly friendly staff, lovely pool area, beautiful beach, and plenty of options for dining! The koi ponds, weaver nests, and tortoises on the property all made for such special encounters. I would definitely come back here.

Hotel je skoro poslední na jižním konci Diani beach V okolí není žádná restaurace Služby v hotelu, jídlo a masáže, jsou předražené ale to se asi dá čekat Na pláži spousta mořské trávy. Skoro se nedalo vlézt do vody Jinak není co vytknout, je to ráj na zemi

Our stay at Pinewood Beach Hotel was very relaxing. The grounds were beautiful and the location was perfect, being right on the beach but outside of the main town. The hotel grounds had secure parking also. The pool area and beachside were quiet and the hotel was beautifully designed. The food was delicious and well priced and all of the staff were very kind and helpful throughout our stay!

The check in process was challenging as the room we were originally shown to had a faulty door and we had to wait sometime for a new room.

Great attention to customers, the management and staff spend all their effort to satisfy customers' demands. Everything was perfect.

I'm a difficult person to satisfy, i cannot find anything that i didn't like.

endroit magnifique; plusieurs restaurants, bars, etc côté piscine et plage privée avec transats et parasols ... la nouriture est variée et très bonne. le service est impeccable

on doit dormir porte fermée pour les singes ... il faudrait des filets sur les balcons de térasse de chambres pour empêcher les singes de rentrer (et voler) dans la chambre.

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich rundum angenehm. Schon beim Ankommen wurde ich sehr herzlich vom Personal empfangen – alle waren ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und äußerst sauber. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das Badezimmer: modern ausgestattet, geräumig und in perfektem Zustand. Auch die übrigen Bereiche vermitteln einen einladenden und gemütlichen Eindruck, sodass man sich direkt wohlfühlt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hervorragend. Für die gebotene Qualität bekommt man hier wirklich viel – sowohl in Bezug auf Komfort als auch auf Service. Ich kann diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und werde sie bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt in der Gegend definitiv wieder buchen.
