Beautiful setting for a multi-generational family celebration. Gorgeous decor and furnishings, a wonderful welcome hamper, and great communication from the owner.

The only thing that caught us out slightly was the number of bathrooms. Could have just done with an ensuite on one of the bedrooms to eliminate the bedtime/morning rush. But we managed without so it was not a problem.

I stayed at Edwinstowe Hall the night before and of my wedding. The house is beautiful, fully equipped and has everything you need. Rachel is a fab host and I would go back in a heartbeat. My family also stayed in the Hall and that too is breathtaking!

Property was stunning. Exceptionally clean & comfortable. Rachael was lovely. Will definitely be staying again & would highly recommend to anyone.

Absolutely nothing it was perfect

Perfect stay for a large group looking for plenty of space. Equipped with everything you could need, even for a Christmas dinner! Ideal location in a busy little village on the doorstep of Sherwood Forest for plenty of walks.

We stayed here for our wedding (night before and wedding night) and Racheal and Nik were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The accommodation itself was stunning - perfect for those “getting ready” photos! Bedrooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The main area was also perfect for the size of our group staying - everyone said how beautiful the house was. Thank you to Racheal and Nik for making our stay memorable.

NA - it was all wonderful

We had a weekend break and enjoyed the excellent location near to Sherwood Forest Visitor Centre and all amenities in the town. A beautiful house furnished and decorated to a high standard. Everything you could need for your stay. A great house for social entertaining a large number of guests with equally large bedrooms. Rachael was a great host and so helpful with any requests.

I stayed here the night before my wedding to get ready with my bridal party. The house was stunning and perfect venue for a relaxed pampering evening and morning! The host was so kind and understanding of the time pressures associated with a wedding morning, can’t recommend this place enough - Will definitely be back for anniversary celebrations!

Rachael and Nick are great hosts and made every effort to accommodate us - .we received a warm welcome to their beautiful property. Located within 2mins of Sherwood Forest, it's a great location for exploring the area. Rufford Abbey is a 5 mins drive and def worth a visit. The local village centre is a short stroll away with excellent local shops. The house is gorgeous, lovely furniture and decor and plenty of space to socialise. We loved all being able to eat together at the large dining table. All of the bedrooms are spacious - no fights over who got the biggest room ;) We loved our stay and 100% recommend Rachael and Nick as hosts. Thank you for a great weekend.
