South Wing of Edwinstowe Hall

Rachael made us feel very welcome and was particularly flexible with our arrival and leaving times. Very modern spacious house, in a very good location for access to Sherwood Forest and local amenities.

We have just returned from a two night stay at Edwinstowe House. There were nine of us in total across three generations for a family celebration. Rachael greeted us on our arrival and both her and Nik live on the grounds of the property so can sort any problems that might arise straight away. The property was clean with all the facilities required. We found the information book helpful. The property is ideal for the attractions in the area. We visited Sherwood Forrest which is a short stroll from the property and Sherwood Pines which is a 5 minute drive away. I can highly recommend Edwinstowe House and would not hesitate to book again.

This house is stunning! It was an absolute privilege to be able to stay and was perfect for a small group of colleagues or friends/family. I particularly loved the huge kitchen and family room. We will hopefully be back in the summer.

A wonderful stay in a gorgeous house.

We loved how spacious the property was. We liked that we could all be in one room but be doing different things. It kept us together as a family.

We wish that the property didn’t have stair access. We also could have done with another bathroom or en-suite as we have 3 family trying to share the upstairs bathroom.

Excellent stay! Really nice property with a very large open plan kitchen living area. We were visiting on a work trip and the large dining table was just what we needed to work on. Nice to have a pint of milk and a few light bites when we arrived (and cold bottle of wine in the fridge). Beds were comfy and nice decoration. Village has a shop and quality pub for food and drink. Nick and his wife are close by if needed.

The location was perfect! Walked into sherwood forest every day. The house was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The beds were wonderful and the decor was tasteful. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and all the little thoughtful touches were so appreciated. We couldn't have asked for more for our multi generational family getaway.

The WiFi was fine for emails and messages but no good for streaming
