I loved all the staff and the food from the chef is out of this world!!

Different rooms for different proces which was not always clearing so have a look around.

Nicely finished hotel, very close the bus station.

If you have heavy luggage, avoid the upstairs room- it's very difficult to get there with suitcases, especially if stuff doesn't help you with it.

Comfy room, hot shower, friendly staff, adequate breakfast, comfy beds.

Noisy at night with lots of barking dogs, not the best location. With a little more effort on the common area and breakfast this could be an excellent hostel.

The decor was well thought out and the staff wee very friendly.

Location is a bit far from the centre.

Nice room with view on mountains, tasty breakfast

Bed very small. Breakfast serving extremely slow. Staff do not speak English at all and not trying to make an effort to assist you if you are English speaker. They had no creativity or willingness to help us get to some of our hiking destinations for which no official tour was organised. They also needed heavy nudging and multiple asks to prepare breakfast boxes when we went on tour at 5 am in the morning.

The staff was very helpful for our entire stay. We stayed in the double room with a mountain view. It was very comfortable with lots of big windows. This hotel is also close to the Cruz del Sur bus station.

The breakfast was the same for our entire stay of more than a week. A little variety is suggested, although the breakfast was good.
