The use of the kitchen was great! The staff were very lovely, so thank you!

As we were in room 102, it was extremely loud. It was literally at the entry of the staircase where you could hear people talking, footsteps all night and the light which shone through into the room. The front door of the hotel was probably the loudest door I've ever heard, it creaked so loud that it echoed through the hotel and woke us up throughout the night. Probably best to avoid room 102 if possible. Also the mattress needs updating, pretty uncomfortable and can feel the springs in the mattress.

Facilities were in good conditions, service was great

Breakfast was too small and there was no grab-and-go breakfast to take with you in the early tours

Good vibes, great staff, really helpful to book tours and give directions. Early check in was appreciated.

Rooms are a bit old, our room had a weird smell and installations were a bit old in the rooms.

A lovely relaxed hotel that I would definitely stay at again. Good room, good breakfast with helpful, friendly staff.

Only thing that could be improved is to give more variety to the breakfast.

- Funky vibe - Friendly staff - Relatively quiet - Located near the Cruz del Sur bus station and a good medical clinic (if you’re not feeling well)

- Pretty dated and tattered in places — could definitely use some freshening and fix-ups - Overly limited breakfast, with a small quantity of scrambled eggs and coffee based on a syrup rather than fresh brew - More distant from the center of town than other options - While not expensive, still more costly than some better places

Shower curtains would be awesome in the bathroom
