Staff & location of apartment & view was stunning special mention to Kandy & Christine early check in & Kandy allowed us store case do we could enjoy a day in Penarth without the need to take case, collected later in day, beautiful gardens & places to sit if time allowed

Apartment was a little warm even when it wasn’t sunny

Lovely room. Enjoyed listening to the tide coming in and leaving. Room was very comfortable with everything we needed. Couldn’t fault

Stairs to room. There was a lot of them to get to the top floor especially if you are not fit.

Beautiful location with stunning views of the Pier and the sunrise at 5am. Had pretty much everything I needed and was lovely and clean. Simple lock-box check-in process too.

Just to flag that the step to the balcony can be slippery. It rained a lot so the artificial grass was soaked and held all the rainwater. Was impossible not to walk that water back in to the room. Could do with non-slip step or a grab rail.

The room was large, modern and comfortable. The location, next to the pier, was ideal for my plan to sail from the pier on the paddle steamer Waverley. (Photo of the pier attached; this was literally across the road from the hotel.)

Steep steps up to the entrance.
