Love the view! Nice bathroom and kitchen. Plenty of space for two people Good location for exploring Cardiff and Cardiff bay, and and penarth itself is lovely.

More storage needed to be able to put clothes away. The hanging space was good but more drawers or shelves would be welcome. There is plenty of room for a chest of drawers or shelves, and some hooks for hanging coats would be good

Wir haben spontan in der Hitzewelle eine Nacht am Meer gesucht und waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Zimmer #8 mit Meerblick. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist sehr schön, der Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang, Pier, und das Meeresrauschen, die Ebbe und Flut gemütlich aus dem eigenen Zimmer beobachten. Uns hat’s sehr gut gefallen. Wir durften das Gepäck auf Anfrage früher abstellen - und hatten Glück, das Zimmer war bereits vorbereitet für early check in. Schöner schattiger „Hinterhof“ mit tollen Pflanzen. Das Bett war sehr bequem, sehr geschmackvoll und wertvoll eingerichtet mit allem, was gebraucht wurde. Vor unserem Zimmer gabs sogar ein Regal, in dem man vom Housekeeping essentials nachholen könnte. Sehr nettes Personal. Tipp: Der Aufzug aus dem italienischen Restaurant startet im EG, dann braucht ihr das Gepäck nicht die Außentreppe hochtragen.

Bei unserem sehr kurzen Aufenthalt gab es Probleme mit dem Wasser. Evtl. War das warme Wasser zeitweise abgestellt, jedenfalls ging die Dusche plötzlich an während wir im Nebenraum waren. Das war sicher ein temporäres Problem.

The contact information for entry made for a seamless check-in. The quality of fixtures and fittings throughout were excellent, and spotlessly clean. The flower terrace is beautiful and well kept.

There was nothing we didn't like, extremely pleased overall. Only 'little' point to make, was that the sink was slow to drain, and it would be worth a little look at - certainly didn't spoil our stay though.

Great location for the seafront at Penarth . Near to the Pier which was important to us as we were sailing on the Waverly Paddle steamer. Direct access to the excellent Italian restaurant was a bonus. The gardener should be congratulated for the high standard of the plants in the rear courtyard.

Parking was an issue as whilst we were fortunate to find an all day free parking area not far from the apartments it required taking on a rather steep hill on the return journey

Great location and communication was prompt when we asked where to park and EV charging, but unfortunately that was the only real positive of our stay.

* No hot water for the whole duration of the stay despite reporting it - partial refund offered for this but didn’t feel sufficient given the lack of a basic amenity. * Very hot room and given there is no air conditioning it’s quite uncomfortable (our stay was when temperatures were over 25 degrees). * Fan provided was noisy and ineffective in hot weather when trying to sleep. * Entrance gate lock did not appear to be working. * Lift had an unpleasant smell.

The location

Parking isnt a short walk. Its 12 minutes. Also. The fan was so noisy and the room was so hot sleeping was next to impossible. Blocked sink and dirty pillows also.

Bought this stay for a treat for my daughter and partner. This is the second time that they’ve visited and they will keep visiting, I’m sure. Perfect location and spotlessly clean!
