Cheerful and Cosy Double Room

The property was well situated , close to a regular bus service into Belfast city. Keelan was unable to meet us but gave excellent instructions for the property. It was lovely to be able to make tea and coffee and there was a wee fridge in our room. There were also some biscuits and snacks which was a really nice touch.

It would be ideal to have some disposable cutlery and to be able to open the window.

Keelan is a very nice person and the room is cozy and confortable. There is car parking places in front of the house.

Stayed for 3 nights in early May for the marathon. Was out quite a lot so ironically did not actually meet Keelan as he was also out at work quite a bit. I did meet the infamous cats though :-) Perfectly comfortable place for a short stay. Quiet neighbourhood. Kettle and toaster in the room and there were also nice treats like porridge, chocolate biscuits and crisps. Though there were not many places to eat locally it is relatively handy for the city centre.

Could have done with a bit of storage for folded clothes so guest can unpack bag a bit, perhaps a small set of drawers placed inside the cupboard.

Everything! It was as described Cheerful and Cosy. A very comfortable bed. The host Keelan had thought of everything to make the stay a lovely experience. Tea, coffee, biscuits, etc. he even provided porridge and breakfast bars etc. you could park right outside. A lovely area with lots of restaurants and had good transport connections.

First it was not ensuite.( Did not say when booking) second informed to late cats had rún of house. ( informed to make sure bed room door closed in email ) Did not meet anyone. as they said working late. And we away early this morning. ( sat)

Was just as described, cheerful & very cosy. The location was perfect for our event and price was half the cost of other nearby accommodation. The host has thought of everything you might need in the room (iron, straightener’s, hairdryer even a brolly) and the extra touches (biscuits, candles etc) were much appreciated.

Super nice and helpful host, parking space available and really calm area. Perfect if you travelling through Belfast for one night.
