Cheerful and Cosy Double Room

The owner of the house is a very nice person and really wants his guests to feel comfortable, and this was the case for us; he also has two wonderful kittens that let you cuddle them. If you are looking for a place to stay in Belfast, this is the one!

There are no things I didn't like here

Very nice, clean, quiet, and comfortable; room looked just like the pictures online. Very convenient to the city center via bus, and food options within walking distance as well. Very good value and welcoming host!

I really did love my stay here, the reviews are exactly how it is, I felt safe, and looked after. Keelan helped me in anyway they could with recommendations and information. The house is immaculate. There water tea coffee etc with some biscuits too! I will definitely be back! And the two cats were amazing too!

Liked everything, no negatives

everything was actually very good. Instructions to enter, use and exit the house were very clear. Quite literally didn’t meet a soul (not even the cats), had a nice stay and left. Everything as I expected it to be. Didn’t have time to make coffee in the kettle but took some of those coffee packets with me and made it later on.

All is well, the room lighting could be better. Floors were SLIGHTLY squeaky but I could live with it. Hot water timings in the morning were a little late at 8:30. Could be earlier.

The property was exactly as in the images online. The bedroom & bathroom were spotlessly clean. The location was near the event we were attending and we had plenty of room to park the car just round the corner of the building. The pricing was nice and affordable which was great, as we booked our stay last minute and were delighted to find such a reasonable price so close to the date of the event. Very happy with our stay overall
