It is clean, new, well maintain

We should have a free parking spot, but it wasn t at the arrival, so there is a posibility to park 10 m nearby but for 15 euro per 24 hours at lidl, or free on the street between 19-9. This is an inconvenient because it added more costs in the end, if we knew from the first time maybe we changed our option for accomodation.

Location, lots of space, big balcony

The flat was not ready on time. We had to wait an extra hour to get flat. The kitchen didn't have enough equipment. Basic things like a laddle or a spatula weren't there. It wasn't very good to cook. We wanted to make filtered coffee. It was practically impossible to find one to buy.

We loved the apartment! It’s modern and has all the necessary kitchen tools. Having a grocery store right next door was super convenient. While it’s a bit far from downtown, there are still plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, stores, and groceries nearby.

We chose this place because it included parking, but when we arrived, the parking elevator was out of service. This meant we had to park on the street and worry about parking fees and time limits. The host took some time to respond and wasn’t aware of the issue, which was frustrating. Also, the check-in time is at 4 PM, which wasn’t very convenient—most places allow check-in from around 1 PM. Overall, the stay was good, but these aspects could be improved.

Saldanha is our preferred location when we visit Lisbon. The apartment on the 5th floor was easy to access. There are only two apartments per floor and two lifts. No long waits. Very convenient access to a large supermarket on street level. Living room and master bedroom have sliding doors to the very generous balcony. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, and there is an additional powder room accessible from the living room. Comfortable beds and solid pull-out sofa bed with box storage. Easy to unfold and fold back with good storage. Apartment has good closet spaces in the bedrooms and entrance.

Our only suggestion would be, to make more tabs for the dishwasher available. We stayed with 5 people and found that there was only one tab, and no liquid dish detergent either.

Spacious modern decorated flat in good location and inhouse free parking facility. Checkin insructions are clear.

Hard to contact with staff if you need any assistance, although it is stated in the house that whatsapp line is 24/7 there is no such service, u need to send message over booking.com and wait for a reply. Main bed was not comfortable, bed sheets were new however matress were quite old. Main bedroom bath drain was not draining properly, need attention.

tv didnt work, try to solve it but unfortunately they didnt make any effort about it. the blackout in the master room was not working . the apartment was not very clean, dirty floors and dirty kitchen utilities
