Saldanha Flats I by Innkeeper

Perfect location approx. 300m from Saldanha metro station so from airport max.30mins. and than close to city center. Flat and whole building inside is like brand new. Big advantage is private parking space in garages underground with car lift. Many restaurants, bistros and food stores not far than 200m from flat.

Heavy construction work right under windows in the building opposite - from morning till evening. Kitchen could be little bit better equipped...some bowls, more bigger glasses, dish towels (not just paper one)

+ Good location, near metro station + Comfortable beds + Good speed od Internet and good multimedia offer (Tv, Netflix)

- Minimised amount od cleaning products (1 tablet for dishwasher and cleaning machine, very level of toilet paper and kitchen towel) - low level of cleanliness (especially in bathrooms) - very poorly equipped kitchen(1 wine glass, no other glasses or bowls) - demolition of the buliding opposite makes it impossible to use the spacious terrace (noise from 8 30AM till 5-6PM + dust)

great apartment at good location, markets and restaurants in close proximity , very clean, easy to access.

construction site next door is quite noisy. we were not at the apartment for the majority of the day so it was not bothersome.

Lovely apartment with comfortable beds and a nice balcony to sit. Instructions to access well provided. The carpark was a first ever elevator for cars. Tricky to enter as needed to use a key to enter and drive car. Was ok as we had passengers to use key

Initially the process for city tax seemed unusual however this was ok. Only a limited supply of toilet paper and however we were advised that was standard though for the high price per night it would have added good advantage to the stay for a family of 4 for 3 nights.

Beautiful and very comfortable accommodation with large terrace and in a magnificent location (300 mt from Metro Saldanha)

the housing key safety box is hung on the entrance door handle and creates some discomfort when opening the door. Opening the box is not immediately understandable (at least for us).
