Spacious, clean and great Whirlpool appliances. Nice to have access to pool and gym. Nice big sofa. Good to have ceilings fans for air circulation as small windows for natural air. Great host with good communication.

The bed sheets were poor quality and it was very strange not to have a duvet cover on the queen beds duvets. Very unhygienic. Master bedroom duvet cover was stained. Having one entry fob was inconvenient and had nothing attached to it making it easily to loose. Kitchen missing chopping board & peeler.

Location was good. Clean and safe area. Spacious. Great communication with management team when needed them.

Need to use a FOB in the elevator. More than one FOB would be helpful. Recommend bottle/wine opener be added to the kitchen tools.

Location was perfect. Walking distance from everything. Nice security as well.

Other tenants were rude telling us they hated us staying there. That it was their homes and not an Air BnB

The narro

The apartment was great for a few day stay in Nashville to explore the town and enjoy the nightlife. The apartment was spacious, clean, and located in very nice area. Broadway and Music Row were about a 20 min. walk away.

The apartment building is not sound proof at all. We could hear every step from everyone (people we were staying with as well as neighboring apartments). So if you're a light sleeper, pack some headphones or ear buds.

The location was good!

At booking a month before our arrival, we asked to check in at 2p since it was a 4 pm normally. I was told they would ask and let us know if they could accommodate us early. The night before I texted to check and at that time was told about the parking charge and that I needed to send an ID right away. I sent my DL and still didn't get instructions to the lock box for when we arrived. We carried our suitcases around and finally called and were texted instructions on the lock box. Glad we decided to not rent a car since parking was an additional 30.00 per day. The apartment did not look or feel clean, Pillowcases were terribly wrinkled the bedding didn't smell clean. The beds didn't look fresh or anything like the pictures. The Living room carpet had not been vacuumed. There were no hangers in one bedroom and only 4 hangers in the other. The kitchen cabinets were very empty. There were 2 K-cups for coffee, four of us staying. Some brought coffee but not K-cups because the coffee maker was not specified. We went shopping to pick up K-cups the first night and in the morning couldn't find coffee cups. This kitchen wasn't equipped for having food, but we did find a half eaten bag of M&M's No wine opener, we had to purchase one near. The vents were notably so dirty and by the 3rd day we realized the issue by looking in the closet that contained the hot water heater and the HVAC was missing a filter, NO filter in place. We had several texts/calls to the hosts at Eight Eleven and our first call was that we had 5 towels for 4 people staying 4 days. which was a very quick response and after some smart remarks back that we didn't look for towels and I was being a "Karen" went to texting w/pictures and no resolutions anyway. I sent pictures but I want to include them here for others to see...

Super clean, perfect place to cut the drive in half from Florida. Easy communications, clean , clear directions.

Awesome place, great location, super friendly and helpful owner. We’ll definitely stay here again!!! Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in at a property.
