No cable tv some kinky wifi crap. To hard to get your 1 key when you check in. They ask forcalot of stuff when you get there.thstvyou have to text to them.

Check in was super simple and due to our early flight, self check in was very convenient. The apartment itself was perfect. It was clean, nicely decorated, spacious, and comfortable. It has many amenities such as a pool, gym, reception area which were great additions. The property also had coffee, washing powder, spare towels etc. The location was about a 20 min walk from Broadway which was ideal as you couldn’t hear the noise but it was also not too far away. There are several coffee shops and cafes around the area that were super cute!

The building felt very secure. The overall cleanliness of the building itself (lobby, hallways, elevator, game room). The view is nice at night. Nice and courteous staff on hand.

I'm a stickler for comfortable pillows, mine were uncomfortable. The apartment itself could've been cleaner, particularly the bedding.

Great location and was close enough to walk to Broadway. The apartment had everything we needed including a washing machine & dryer. The beds were comfortable and the linen was amazing to sleep in. The host was great and answered any questions we had. Would definitely book again if we go back to Nashville.

The building is dirty& we heard people yelling all the time. i would never feel safe on my own. The location was not good. Barely, the Gulch. No way you can walk to/from broadway at night, especially women. The one key per apartment is a pain. No one wants to be bothered with the lockbox or running downstairs to let people in, while on vacation. There are no grocery or convenience stores near by(except a huge liquor store). Had to take a cab to walgreens to get a few things. Any $ you’re saving from booking a hotel or maybe wanting kitchen/laundry, will be spent on cabs/ubers. I wouldn’t stay here with kids.

Everything. Was such a great little unit. Fit our group comfortably and all the amenities were great. Very clean and tidy and great location.
