No TV, bathroom not in good condition. Lot of cockroaches in the room. Room not clean.

When I checked in reception staff told me 300 rupees extra you have to pay when I ask why he said this rate you wont get hotel ,so you need to pay 300 rupees. Fine I paid They when I checked in there is no towel. Towel shortage is big. Insect in room . Bed is not comfortable

Property

The attitude of the workers, they are unfit to be in the hospitality business with such arrogance, They are interested in the bookings online [Booking,com, Agoda etc], but not at the rate shown on these websites, Once you try to check in they will demand some arbitrary cost and if you object saying you have confirmed booking from online, they will arrogantly respond and say go talk to OYO, the price what you see online is not valid. The AC does not function properly, and if you switch on the fan, it makes a lot of noise, and you are scared it may fall on your head. At least in the room I was staying in, this was the situation. There is simply no reception, If you dial 9 from the room, they just cut the call. The room and bathroom are okay. Check out this hotel only if you are single and don't have any alternate options available, and be prepared to shell out much more than what is displayed on the booking websites.

I booked prior and upon reaching they denied the booking. The staff was very rude. Me and family reached the hotel at 9 pm with my baby and they just refused the room. The reason for refusing was that I need to come early.

Did not have Breakfast. Felt like not Hygiene

No maintainance, NO TV , No service , Worst part is stinky smell, beds are bad and used bedsheets were given to us

Cleaning the room before someone moving should be recommended

The location of property is fine

What they show in photos and the reality is far away
