Townhouse Global Village Tech Park Near Kengeri Bus Terminal Metro Station

It was supposed to be AC room,but on reaching the hotel we were told no AC,no TV. Tap fitting in the bathroom were broken. Room service not up to the mark.

We paid full amount at the time of booking and on the check in day around at 12 pm they made a phone call and said rooms are not available, while people were travelling towards the hotel. We were denied check in. We had to pay double amount at another property as it was last minute. People with health issues were stranded. Then the oyo said it will take 7-14 days to recredit the account. Never book any hotel under the banner oyo.we lost money, time and efforts

The location was very convenient to nearly restaurants and shops. The staff are friendly and helpful. They keep the premises clean. Very helpful with questions related to the local area
