Odor muito forte a esgotos na casa de banho. Pintura em estado lastimável (portas, paredes), por simples desleixo. Janelas sujas.

NAO INDICO, Varanda suja, paredes a descascar, na casa de banho, a começar pelo portal da porta, a tinta toda a cair , a casa de banho com um mal cheiro terrível, que se espalha por todas as acomodações, uma triste noite, não consegui descansar nada com o mal cheiro exalando por todo o apartamento.
