The apartment is spacious and well located..

The bathroom has a not very pleasant smell that spreads throughout the apartment.

the apartment size was great and a fantastic location close to the shopping centre and the football stadium.

there is an awful sewerage smell that came from the bathroom. the smell was very strong and it made the corridor and bedrooms smell. the fans provided are in need of a good cleaning because they were covered in dust.

Cooking facilities and the double bed was comfortable

The worst thing was the smell of the drains from the bathroom, had to keep the door shut all the time otherwise smells would linger through the apartment

The location was good. Close to Colombo mall. Facility was clean. The apartment was decent enough for my family. Comes with a full kitchen.

The bathroom reeked of a sewer smell. Very unpleasant but tolerable. Need more pillows. The parking sucks. Very busy street so parking is scarce.

The location is very convenient and there is parking and you are not too far from the metro. Communication with arrival and departure instructions was great.

There were three major points that make the stay unpleasant: 1) the sewage like smell coming from the bathroom was awful; 2) the noise from the bathroom exhaust was extremely loud and disruptive; 3) there were cockroaches in the kitchen which is simply unacceptable.

Great location , spacy appartment with all appliances one needs

There was mold in the living room, sleeping room and bathroom. Bathroom smells really bad of mold and sewer

Beds are very comfortable! The Appartment is clean, light and cozy.

We didn’t like the smell in the bathroom and the moisture.

The neighborhood was really good with clean areas, plenty of parking, good transport connection and daily amenities.

The bathroom condition is old and needs some renovation.
