Light Apartment With Amazing Balcony, by TimeCooler

It was clean when we arrived. Wifi is very good.

Some of the things not working. Bathroom old and need repairing, entrance door very hard almost impossible to unlock. It was very cold inside when we arrived.

Hot in the afternoons

Pros : * great communication with owners - they were always quick to respond * bus stop that takes you to the mall and metro station right outside the apartment * this could be a pro or con but location is not in a touristic area * Spacious apartment good for a family / two couples

Cons: * The apartment is about a 30 minute metro ride to the centre of Lisbon + another 10-15 mins on the bus. *The drain in the bathroom is absolutely disgusting - it smells like you are in a sewer - no matter what you do the sewerage smell is strong and it lingers even with the door closed an exhaust on . * The place needs a refresh - it is quite worn and torn - marks on the walls etc * The beds are not very comfortable - they are sunken in the middle * It’s on a main road - very noisey even with the doors / windows closed * There’s a large balcony but like others have mentioned it’s quite dirty * The clothes drying rack is broken and is of no use * Be aware, there’s no aircon - just fans * The shower door was broken, it was just hanging onto the rail

Great location and a lovely apartment

The flat was too hot it had fans available but they were to noise. We had a very poor night sleep because we could not tolerate the noise of the fans and the cars near by. We could hear all the traffic, there was no break from all the noise despite closing the windows.

Lovely sized apartment. Great location. Very comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay
